Mandarin Optical was founded in 1968, is located in 48 - 52 Des Voeux Road Central, to provide professional eye examination services and high-quality optical products. The Company is committed serving Hong Kong for 50 years by adhering to the purpose of company, "Your Vision! Our Mission".

We have always been committed to provide quality services and advanced optical products, from the 60's began to introduce the first generation of rigid contact lenses, 70 years began to prescribe with progressive optical lenses, 2017 to introduce the latest French Essilor progressive lens measuring instrument - "m'eye Fit" digital measuring system to improve quality, innovate and keep pace with the times.

Idea

We understand that each guest has different needs for services and products, so from the eye examination, are meticulous, to ensure that all parameters of the product being accurate, before delivery of products to the guests. The eye examination process is carried by Part I optometrists graduated in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to ensure that the results of accurate eye examination, giving guests the accurate eye health and vision advice. In the case of optical products, there are over 40 years experience optometrists consulting to our customers in the selection of suitable spectacle frames, lenses and other optical products according to customer needs and test results. We also attach great importance to the product after-sales service. Except to New Year's Day and Lunar New Year holidays, we open everydays to provide glasses care and adjustment services, guests want to experience the quality of our shop fitting and after-sales service.
